This route aims to boost cultural, economic, and tourism ties between these two key destinations.
Los Cabos, a top Mexican beach destination popular with both Mexican and U.S. travelers, now connects seamlessly with Ontario, California. Located in San Bernardino County, Ontario offers proximity to major Southern California attractions, beaches, shopping centers, museums, and year-round sunshine. The pairing creates diverse travel experiences, catering to visitors seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Since beginning operations in Los Cabos in 2007, Volaris has carried over 9.8 million passengers to/from the destination through its 10-route network. Current connections include major Mexican cities: Bajío, Culiacán, Guadalajara, Mexico City (AICM), Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA), Toluca, Tijuana, and Mexicali; alongside U.S. routes to Oakland, California – now expanded to include Ontario, California.
This expansion strengthens Volaris’ connectivity and responds to growing demand for travel between these high-value tourism markets.
