SAN JOSÉ DEL CABO, MEXICO – To facilitate smoother traffic flow, cashless, automatic toll payments are soon to be implemented at key Los Cabos toll plazas, specifically the Los Cabos Airport toll booth and the Fonatur Roundabout entry in San José del Cabo. This initiative aims to eliminate cash transactions and reduce queues.
Mexico’s highway operator CAPUFE announced on June 23rd that most toll plazas nationwide will transition to accepting electronic toll tags exclusively to enhance traffic efficiency and alleviate congestion.
PASE Toll Tag Compatibility
PASE, Mexico’s leading electronic toll company, has confirmed that its tag is compatible with CAPUFE’s new automated plazas. The benefits of using PASE include:

The recently upgraded PASE App allows users to manage their account, pay for public parking, and request roadside assistance.
