Sheinbaum Responds Firmly as Trump Raises Possibility of U.S. Troops Against Drug Cartels

Tensions between Mexico and the United States have intensified following statements by U.S. President Donald Trump suggesting that American military forces could be deployed to combat drug cartels operating in Mexico. According to reports, Trump raised the possibility of deploying U.S. troops as part of a broader effort to confront transnational criminal organizations responsible for drug trafficking into the United States.
